By purchasing this service, the customer acknowledges that the remap is an elective modification performed to the best of the vehicle's mechanical ability, and that dissatisfaction with the results does not constitute grounds for a refund. This is in accordance with the \u003cstrong\u003eConsumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013\u003c\/strong\u003e, which provides that the right to cancel is lost once a service has been fully performed with the customer's prior agreement.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVehicle Condition\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBy completing this purchase, the customer \u003cstrong\u003econfirms and warrants\u003c\/strong\u003e that their vehicle is in a suitable mechanical condition and has a performance exhaust fitted. If, upon inspection, the vehicle is found to have pre-existing faults or does not have a suitable exhaust fitted, gdm Tuning reserves the right to decline the service and retain a \u003cstrong\u003e£99.00 attendance and assessment fee\u003c\/strong\u003e, with the remaining balance refunded.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCancellation Policy\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCancellations must be made \u003cstrong\u003eat least 24 hours before\u003c\/strong\u003e the scheduled appointment.
