By purchasing this service, the customer acknowledges that the remap is an elective modification performed to the best of the vehicle's mechanical ability, and that dissatisfaction with the results does not constitute grounds for a refund. This is in accordance with the \u003cstrong\u003eConsumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013\u003c\/strong\u003e, which provides that the right to cancel is lost once a service has been fully performed with the customer's prior agreement.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVehicle Condition\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy completing this purchase, the customer \u003cstrong\u003econfirms and warrants\u003c\/strong\u003e that their vehicle is in a suitable mechanical condition for remapping. If, upon inspection at the appointment, the vehicle is found to have pre-existing faults or visible issues — including but not limited to boost pipe leaks, air leaks, fault codes, or other mechanical defects — gdm Tuning reserves the right to decline to carry out the remap and retain a \u003cstrong\u003e£99.00 attendance and assessment fee\u003c\/strong\u003e.
