By enquiring about or purchasing this service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eGDM Tuning accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, failure, or deterioration of the vehicle, its engine, drivetrain, or any associated components arising from or connected to the remapping service.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe customer proceeds entirely at their own risk.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIt is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure their vehicle is in a suitable condition to receive a remap prior to booking.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eGDM Tuning strongly recommends that the vehicle is serviced and mechanically sound before any remapping work is carried out.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVehicle Condition\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy proceeding with this service, the customer confirms and warrants that their vehicle is in a suitable mechanical condition for remapping. If, upon inspection at the appointment, the vehicle is found to have pre-existing faults or visible issues — including but not limited to boost pipe leaks, air leaks, fault codes, or other mechanical defects — GDM Tuning reserves the right to:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDecline to carry out the remap; and\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRetain a £99.00 attendance and assessment fee to cover reasonable costs incurred. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCancellation Policy\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without prior notification, will result in a 50% cancellation fee being charged. This charge covers the time and costs reserved for your appointment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis cancellation policy is applied in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
