If, upon inspection at the appointment, the vehicle is found to have pre-existing faults or visible issues — including but not limited to boost pipe leaks, air leaks, fault codes, or other mechanical defects — gdm Tuning reserves the right to:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDecline to carry out the remap; and\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRetain a \u003cstrong\u003e£99.00 attendance and assessment fee\u003c\/strong\u003e to cover reasonable costs incurred. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003ch3\u003eCancellation Policy\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eCancellations must be made \u003cstrong\u003eat least 24 hours before\u003c\/strong\u003e the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without prior notification, will result in a \u003cstrong\u003e£99.00 cancellation fee\u003c\/strong\u003e being charged. This charge covers the time and costs reserved for your appointment.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis cancellation policy is applied in accordance with the \u003cstrong\u003eConsumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013\u003c\/strong\u003e.
