Off-Road ECU Solutions — DPF, EGR, AdBlue & DTC Disable

DPF Disable (Diesel Particulate Filter)

The DPF is one of the most common sources of headaches on modern diesel VAG vehicles — blocked filters, failed regenerations, warning lights, and expensive dealer bills. We can fully disable the DPF via ECU recalibration, removing the regen cycle, pressure monitoring, and associated fault codes from the engine management system entirely. Clean, permanent, and no more DPF warnings.

Please note that physical removal  or gutting of the DPF by a qualified mechanic is required alongside the ECU work — we handle the ECU side, you arrange the physical removal.

EGR Disable (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)

EGR systems are a well-known cause of carbon buildup, reduced throttle response, and long-term reliability issues on VAG diesels and some petrols. We disable the EGR via ECU recalibration — the valve stays closed, fault codes are suppressed, and your intake stays clean. Straightforward and effective.

This is an ECU-only solution. If you want a physical EGR blanking plate fitted as well, that's something to arrange with your mechanic alongside the ECU work.

AdBlue Disable (SCR / DEF System)

AdBlue systems on Euro 6 diesels are a constant source of expense and inconvenience — especially in motorsport, agricultural, and off-road environments. We can disable the AdBlue system via ECU recalibration, killing the low-level warnings, fault codes, and the engine derate that kicks in when the system flags a problem. No more AdBlue anxiety.

DTC Disable (Specific Fault Code Suppression)

Running a modified or stripped-out build and getting persistent fault codes from removed sensors or systems?
