GDM Tuning does not sell or ship physical goods. All services are delivered on-site by our mobile technician at your specified location.
Service Area We operate within the NE, SR, TS, DH, DL, and TW postcode areas of the United Kingdom. Bookings outside this area cannot be accepted unless agreed in advance.
Scheduling Once your booking is confirmed and payment received, we will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment date and time. Availability is subject to our current schedule.
On-Site Attendance Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready at the agreed time and location. If our technician is unable to access the vehicle upon arrival due to circumstances within your control, a call-out fee may apply.
Lead Times Appointment availability varies. We aim to schedule all bookings within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly.
