1. About Us GDM Tuning is a sole trader business providing professional mobile ECU remapping services for cars and vans across the NE, SR, TS, DH, DL, and TW postcode areas of the United Kingdom. Our website is gdmtuning.co.uk.

2. Acceptance of Terms By booking a service or purchasing through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

3. Services We offer a range of ECU remapping services including Stage 1 and Stage 2 performance remaps, economy remaps, and software-based modifications including DPF Delete, EGR Delete, AdBlue Delete, Pop & Bang maps, and Speed Limiter Removal. All services are performed at your location by a qualified technician.

4. Bookings and Payment All bookings must be made and paid for in advance via our website. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Service Area Our mobile service operates within the NE, SR, TS, DH, DL, and TW postcode areas. Bookings outside this area cannot be accepted unless agreed in advance.

6. Off-Road Services Services including DPF Software Delete, EGR Delete, AdBlue Delete, and Speed Limiter Removal are supplied strictly for off-road, track, or closed-road use only. By purchasing these services, you confirm that your vehicle will not be used on public roads in a non-compliant state. GDM Tuning accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from the use of these services on public roads. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable road traffic legislation.

7. Vehicle Suitability It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is suitable for the requested service prior to booking. GDM Tuning reserves the right to decline to perform a service if, upon inspection, the vehicle is deemed unsuitable or unsafe. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any travel costs incurred.

9. Liability GDM Tuning will not be held liable for any pre-existing faults, mechanical failures, or issues unrelated to the remapping service.
