Insurance

You must inform your insurance company of any modifications made to your vehicle. Failure to do so may invalidate your policy. This is your responsibility as the vehicle owner.

This is an elective procedure. By purchasing this service, you confirm the following:

• You have sought independent mechanical advice and are satisfied that your vehicle is in good mechanical order prior to the service being carried out.
• Your swirl flaps have already been professionally removed prior to this service.
• You understand that GDM Tuning accepts no responsibility for the failure of any mechanical or electrical components following this service.
• You are proceeding with this service of your own free will and accept full responsibility for your vehicle's condition.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a £99 cancellation fee. If our technician arrives and you are not present, or incorrect details were provided, the full purchase price will be retained.

Right of Cancellation — Important Notice

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days provided the service has not yet commenced. Once the service has been carried out, your right to cancel is lost and no refund will be issued.
